Andy has been associated with Jazz at Lincoln Center since 1994, where he’s worked as a composer, arranger, guest artistic director, and performer. He’s arranged pieces for Bob Dylan, B.B. King, and Ray Charles among others. Orchestras performing his arrangements have included the Boston Pops, Philly Pops, and Boca Pops Orchestra. His band “Andy Farber and His Swing Mavens” regularly performs original compositions and arrangements; he also leads the 17-piece big band “Andy Farber and His Orchestra.” He’s currently staff composer of TV and film music at Duotone Audio Group, and on the Jazz Studies faculty at Juilliard.
